HELLO !!!!.....

________________________

●let their income be in ratio 9x and 7x and expenditure be 4y and 3y.

savings of each peson is 20 Rs.

savings=income-expenditure,so

20= 9x-4y

20= 7x-3y

=> 9x-4y=20...(i)

=> 7x-3y=20...(ii)

multiplying eq.(i) by 3 and eq(ii) by 4

=> 27x-12y=60 ...(iii)

=> 28x-12y=80...(iv)

subtracting eq(iv) from eq.(iii) we get,

-x = -20

or x = 20

●so now monthly income of 1 personis 9x=9(20)= 180

● and monthly income of second person is 7x=7(20)= 140....
