You already know that,
Kp = Kc (RT) ^(Np - Nr)
Here,
R = universal gas constant
T = Temperature in Kelvin
Np = total number of moles of the products,
Nr = total number of moles of the reactants,
Np - Nr is delta N or change in number of moles or difference in number of moles of product and reactants,
Now in your equation,
Np = 1
Nr = 1+ 1/2 = 3/2
Np - Nr = - 1/2
So Kp/Kc = (RT) ^-1/2
= 1/root(RT)
Now you know the value of R in SI units and you have not mentioned the temperature so I have left the answer in symbols
