Let, the sides be 2x and 3x (according to ratio).

So, Length = 2x

Breadth = 3x

Given,

Perimeter = 50 cm

=>2(Length + Breadth) = 50 cm

=> 2 (5x) = 50 cm

=> 10 x = 50 cm

=> x = 50/10 = 5 cm

Therefore, length = 2x = 2 * 5cm = 10 cm

                  and Breadth = 3x= 3 * 5cm = 15 cm

Answer:

let the length be 2x

then breadth be 3x

perimeter of rectangle= 50

2(l +b) = 50

2(2x+3x)=50

2(5x) = 50

10x = 50

x =50/10

x= 5

length= 2x = 2 × 5 = 10cm

breadth = 3x = 3×5 = 15cm
