male voters=4x

female voters=3x

male voted=18y

female voted=13y

4x-18y=480. ---(1)

3x-13y=460. ----(2)

(1)*3. 12x-54y=1440------(A)

(2)*4. 12x-52y=1840-----(B)

(A) -(B) 2Y=400

Y=200

NUMBER MALE VOTED IS 18*200=3600
