Solution:

r : h = 2 : 3

r/h = 2/3

h = 3r/2

h= 3×24/2

h = 36 cm

Now,

Volume of Cylinder = πr²h

= 22/7 × 24 × 24 × 36

= 22×576×36 / 7

= 456192/7

= 65170.29 cm³
