Hello Dear.

We know, S.I. Unit of the Coefficient of Viscosity is N - s/m²
C.G.S. unit of the Coefficient of Viscosity is Dyne - s/cm²

∴ Ratio between the S.I unit and the C/G.S. unit of the coefficient of viscosity is ⇒  \frac{ \frac{N-s}{m^{2} } }{ \frac{Dyne - s}{cm^{2} } }

1 m² = (100 cm)²
= 10⁴ cm².
1 N = 10⁵ Dyne.

∴ Ratio = (10⁵ Dyne/10⁴ cm²) ÷ Dyne/cm²
  = 10⁵/10⁴
  = 10/1
  = 10 : 1

Hence, the Ratio between the S.I. and the C.G.S. unit of the Coefficient of Viscosity is 10 : 1.

Hope it helps.
