Dear Mate..

The ratio of SI units to CGS units of momentum is,

P'=(kg m/s/g cm/s)

1 kg=1000 g

1 m=100 cm

Therefore...

P'=(1000 g×100 cm)/1 s(1 g×1 cm)/ 1s)

p'=10^5

Answer:

Dear Mate...

The ratio of SI to CGS unit of linear momentum is:

P'=(kg,m/s,g,cm,s)

1kg=1000g

1m=100cm

Therefore....

P'=(1000g × 100cm) /1s(1g×1cm)/1s

P'=10^5

Hope this help you....
