Answer:

radius=80cm

height=20cm

lateral surface area=2πrh

total surface area =2πh(r+h)

therefore, total surface area/lateral surface area

=[2πr(h+r)]/2πrh

=h+r/h

=(20+80)/20

=100/20

=5/1

hence the required ratio is 5:1....
