hola mate,

let the age of the first sister be 3x
and the age of second sister be 7x

after 10 years,

first sisters age=3x+10
second sisters age=7x+10

3x+10/7x+10=2:3
3x+10/7x+10=2/3
3(3x+10)=2(7x+10)
9x+30=14x+20
9x-14x=20-30
-5x= -10
x= -10/-5
x=2

hence,

first sisters present age = 3x=3*2=6 years
second sisters present age = 7x=7*2=14 years.

hope you understand my process.
if any query please ask.
