Step-by-step explanation:

area of rect/area of sqr=24/25

perimeter of rect=2(l+b)=80

l+b=40

perimeter of sqr= 4l=80

l=20

area of sqr= l*l=20*20=400

area of rect/400=24/25

area of rect =384

l+b=40

l=40-b

area of rect= (40-b)*b=384

b²-40b+384=0

b(b-16)-24(b-16)=0

b=16 or 24

l=24 or 16
