let base be 4x and height be 3x

area of the triangle = ½ × base × height

216= ½ × 4x× 3x

216×2 = 12x²

432/12 = x²

x² = 36
x = √36
x = 6

so

length = 4 × 6 = 24

height = 3× 6 = 18
