Answer :

\boxed{\boxed{\mathsf{Rohit's \: Height = 2m}}}

Step-by-step Explanation :

Given

  • The ratio of the heights of rohit and mohit is 4:3.
  • Mohit is 1.5m tall .

To find

  • Height of Rohit .

Solution

Therefore,

\Longrightarrow\mathsf{Rohit's \: height : Mohit's \: height = 4:3}

\longrightarrow\mathsf{\dfrac{Rohit's \: Height}{Mohit's \: Height} = \dfrac{4}{3}}

Let the,

\longrightarrow \:\textsf{Constant of ratio be = X}

Thus,

\mathsf{\longrightarrow \: Rohit's \: Height = 4x}

\mathsf{\longrightarrow \: Mohit's \: Height = 3x}

But we know that

\mathsf{\longrightarrow \: Mohit's \: Height = 1.5m}

\mathsf{\longrightarrow \therefore  1.5m = 3x}

\mathsf{\longrightarrow \: 3x = 1.5m}

\mathsf{\longrightarrow \: x = \dfrac{1.5m}{3}}

\mathsf{\longrightarrow \: x = 0.5m}

Now putting value of X in assumed age

\mathsf{\longrightarrow \: Rohit's \: Height = 4x \rightarrow 4(0.5m) = 2m }

\mathsf{\longrightarrow \: Mohit's \: Height = 3x \rightarrow 3(0.5m) = 1.5m }

Therefore Required answer :

\underline{\boxed{\mathsf{Rohit's \: Height = 2m}}}

Given :----

  • Ratio of Heights of Rohit :Mohit = 4:3
  • Height of Mohit = 1.5m

To Find :----

  • Height of Rohit ?

Solution :-------

Lets Height of Rohit and mohit be = 4x and 3x respectively .

now it is given that, mohit Height is = 1.5m

so,

3x ------------ 1.5m

x -------------- 1.5/3 = 0.5m .

So, Height of Rohit = 4x = 4×0.5 = 2m (Ans) .

Hence, Height of Rohit will be 2m ..
