The ratio of the length and breadth of a rectangular park is 5:4. A man is cycling
the boundary of the park at the speed of 12 km/h and completes one round in 5.4
minutes, then what is the area of the park?​

Speed=distance/time

12=distance/5.4

Distance=5.4×12

Distance=64.8

Therefore 5x+4x=64.8

9x=64.8

x=64.8/9

x=7.2

therefore, Length=5x=5×7.2=36

Breadth=4×7.2=28.8

Area=length×breadth

=36×28.8

Hence, Area=1,036.8
