Solution :-

• Perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l+b)

$\sf→ 144=2 (5x+4x)</p><p>\\ \sf→ 144=2 ×9x</p><p>\\ \sf→72=9x</p><p>\\ \sf→ 8=x$

Hence :-

• Length = 5x = 5 × 8
• Length = 40unit
