Total Perimeter = 3200/2 = 1600

3x + 5x = 1600

x = 1600/8= 200

length of lawn = 3x = 600 m

breadth of lawn = 5x = 1000m

total area = 1000X600 = 6,00,000

cost of developing = 6,00,000X10

= ₹60,00,000

or rupees sixty lakhs.
