The ratio of the measures of the sides of a triangle is 3:7:9. If the perimeter of the triangle is 266 m, find the length of the longest side

Let the ratio value be x

according to the question

3x+7x+9x=266m

so,

19x=266m

x=266÷19

x=14

3x=14*3=42

7x=14*7=98

9x=14*19=126

hence,

the sides of triangle are

42m

98m

126m
