the ratio of the no of male and female workers in a textile mills is 5∞3. if there are 115 male workers what is the no female workers in the mills

Let there are x females so Male : female = 115 : x => 5:3 = 115 :x => x= 115 *3/5= 23*3 = 69 No of females = 69

Male : female = 115 : x
=> 5:3
= 115 :x
=> x= 115 *3/5= 23*3
= 69
