Step-by-step explanation:

Let present age of son =x

Six years ago :

Age of man =3x−6

Age of son =x−6

3x−6=4(x−6)

3x−6=4x−24

x=18

Six years later :

Age of man  =3×18+6=60

Age of son  =18+6=24

Ratio  =60:24=5:2

Present age of man =3x

3×18 = 54

Hence , Man age is 54
