Answer: father's age 75 , son's age 50

Step-by-step explanation:suppose age of father is 3x and of sun is 2x

Given,

Father's age - son's age = 25

3x - 2x =25

X = 25

So, father's age = 3x = 3×25 = 75

Son's age = 2x = 2×25 = 50

let the age of father be x
and the age of the son be y
according to question
x/y =3/2. .......(1)
x=3y/2
x-y = 25 ........(2)
(3y/2)-y=25
3y-2y=50
y=50
putr value of y in eq. 2

x-50=25

x=75

therefore age of father is 75 years and
age of son is 50 years
