x = 8/2

The rational is 4, So their present ages
Sushma 6x = 6 × 4 = 24 years
Karishma 7x = 7 × 4 = 28 years
After 12 years ,their ages,
Sushma age = 24 + 12 = 36 years
Karishma = 28 + 12 = 40 years
