Present age of man=9x

Present age of son=4x

Let the present age of his daughter be y

When the man was 36 yrs old his daughter was born. That means the diference between the ages of man and his daughter is 36

9x-y=36

9x-36=y

Son is 11 yrs older than daughter

y+11=4x

We can write 9x-36 instead of y

9x-36+11=4x

9x-4x=36-11

5x=25

x=25/5

x=5

9x=9*5

=45

Present age of man=45 yrs

4x=4*5

=20

Present age of son=20 yrs

20-11=9 or 45-36=9

Present age of daughter =9 yrs

Hope it helps.....
