Answer:

₹3 per 100 g tea

Step-by-step explanation:

Cost of coffee per 100 g = C = ₹24

Cost of tea per 100 g = T

Then, according to question

C/T = 8/1

T = C/8

T = ₹24/8

T = ₹3

HERE'S ur answer:

Let price of coffee be y

Let the price of Tea be x

\frac{coffee}{tea}  \:  =  \frac{8}{1}

 \frac{price \: of \: coffee}{price \: of \: tea}  =  \frac{24}{x}

So.

 \frac{8}{1}  =  \frac{24}{x}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: (cross \:multiply)

It will be :

8x = 24

x= 24/8

==> 3

So equation is : y = 8x
