Answer: Radius of smaller circle = 7.5 Radius of bigger circle = 11.25

Step-by-step explanation:

Circumference of bigger circle = 22.5π units

So,

     2πr = 22.5π (circumference of a circle = 2πr)

solving above equation we get,

     r = 11.25 units

now the radii are in the ration 2:3

So, smaller radius = 2/3 X 11.25

solving this we get smaller radius = 7.5 units
