So let the radio of two wheels be 4/5

as \: we \: know \: circumference \: of \: circle = 2\pi \: r

(r=Radius)

 =  \frac{  2\pi \: r_{1}}{2\pi r_{2} }  =  \frac{4}{5}

Radius 1 =4

Radius 2=5

By cancelling we get

 =  \frac{ r_{1} }{ r_{2} }  =  \frac{4}{5}

Therefore ratio of radii of two wheels is 4:5
