Let the radius of base be 3a

Height = 5a

Volume of cylinder = pi r^2 h

=> 1215 pi = pi × ( 3a)^2 × 5a

=> 1215 = 9a^2 × 5a

=> 243 = 9a^3

=> 27 = a^3

=> a = 3

Radius = 9 cm

Height = 15 cm
