Let the sides measure 2xcm and 3xcm.
So,
2x+2x+3x+3x = 50
10x = 50
x = 50÷ 10
x= 5
So, 2x= 20cm
3x= 30cm
Area = 20×30×10
=6000 cm^3
So,
2x+2x+3x+3x = 50
10x = 50
x = 50÷ 10
x= 5
So, 2x= 20cm
3x= 30cm
Area = 20×30×10
=6000 cm^3

Let x be one side and y be other.
x/y=2/3
x=2y/3...(1)
Perimeter=50
Also 2(x+y)
2(x+y)=50
x+y=25
From (1),
2y/3+y=25
5y/3=25
5y=25×3
5y=75
y=15
From(1),
x=2y/3
x=2(15)/3
x=10
Area of parallelogram=b×h=15×10
Area=150m^2
Done!!!
