ratio of adjacent sides of parallelogram =2:3
perimeter of parallelogram =50cm
in a parallelogram opposite sides are equal
2x + 3x +2x+ 3x=50
10x=50
x=5
2x=2*5=10
3x=3*5=15
base= 3x=15
height =10cm
area of a parallelogram= base*height
=15*10
=150 sq. cm
