Let the sides of the parallelogram be 2x and 3x.

P of a parallelogram = 2 ( l +b )

Therefore ,

50 = 2 ( 2x + 3x )

50 / 2 = 5x

25 = 5x

x = 5 cm

Therefore the sides are :

2x = 2 x 5 = 10 cm ; 3x = 3 x 5 = 15 cm

Area of a parallelogram = Base x Height (Altitude)

= 15 x 10

= 150 cm sq.
