let the radii of these cylinder be 'r' and 'R' respectively

then , r/R = 2/3

     => r = 2R/3        .........(i)

let the height of these cylinder be 'h' and 'H'

then 2*22/7*r*h/ 2*22/7*R*H = 5/6

    =>r*h/R*H = 5/6

    =>2R*h/ R*H*3 = 5/6              [ from(i) ]

    => h/H = 5/6 * 3/2

    => h/H = 5/4
