Let them in the form of x = 3 x : 4 x

Now , Perimeter = 70 cm
2(l+b) = 70 cm
2(3x+4x) = 70 cm
2(7x) = 70 cm
7x = 70/2
7 x = 35 cm
x = 5 cm

Now ,
3 x = 3× 5 cm = 15 cm
4 x = 4× 5 cm = 20 cm

perimeter of parallelogram = 2(sum of length of the 2 adjacent sides)
= 2(3x+4x)
