Let the no. of cars be x
According to qn,
x/10 + 1 = x/9
=> (x+10)/10 = x/9
=> 9x + 90 = 10x
=> x = 90
So, total number of cars now = 90+1 = 91
Yellow cars = 90/9 = 10
Hope it helped :-)
