Ratio of Base and Height of ∆le = 4:5

===> Base = 4x

===> Height = 5x

Area of a triangle = 640 sq.cm

 \frac{1}{2} \times b \times h = 640 \: \: {cm}^{2}

 \frac{1}{2} \times 4x \times 5x = 640

 \frac{1}{2} \times 20 {x}^{2} = 640

10 {x}^{2} = 640

 {x}^{2} = \frac{640}{10}

 {x}^{2} = 64

x = \sqrt{64} = = > 8cm

So,

Base = 4x = 4(8) = 32 cm

Height = 5x = 5(8) = 40 cm
