The surface area of the sphere = 4pir^2 and 4piR^2.

4pir^2: 4piR^2

r: R = 4:3


Volume of the spheres = (4/3)pir^3 :(4/3)piR^3

                                       = r^3: R^3

                                       = 4^3:3^3

                                      = 64:27.
