 \frac{1}{5 \sqrt{2} }  =  \frac{1 \times 5 \sqrt{2} }{5 \sqrt{2}  \times 5 \sqrt{2} }   =  \frac{5 \sqrt{2} }{50} =   \frac{ \sqrt{2} }{10}
