2F2(g) + 2H2O(l) → O2(g) + 4HF(aq)

Fluorine converts to hydrogen fluoride which is a reduction reaction, because hydrogen gets added up the F.
Whilst Water converts to Oxygen. O2 gets rid of hydrogen which is oxidation.

Oxidation and reduction takes place simultaneously, and tadaaaa... REDOX REACTION IT IS!
