EXCESSIVE GROWTH OF PLANT IS NATURAL ON LAKE BUT ANIMAL DIED UNDER WATER BECAUSE THE PLANTS WHICH ARE FLOATING AT SURFACE DO NOT LET DISSOLVE THE OXUGEN IN WATER AND DUE TO BREATHING PROBLEM THEY DIED
