 \sf  (\frac{3}{11}  \times  \frac{5}{6} ) - ( \frac{9}{22}  \div  \frac{3}{4} )

 \sf =  \frac{5}{22}  - ( \frac{9}{22}  \times  \frac{4}{3} )

 \sf =  \frac{5}{22}  -  \frac{6}{11}

 \sf =  \frac{5 - 12}{22}

 \sf =  \frac{ - 7}{22}

Hence, the reciprocal will be,

 \sf = 1 \div  \frac{ - 7}{22}

 \sf =  \frac{ - 22}{7}

So,

-22/7 is the answer for your question.
