Consider a fraction p/q, where p, q are natural numbers, and p<q =>p+x=q

So, the fraction becomes p/(p+x) which is a proper fraction (i.e, numerator is less than denominator)

The reciprocal of the fraction is: q/p=(p+x)/p

Here, numerator>denominator

Thus, it is an improper fraction.
