Number of days when forecast was correct=180

P(the forecast was correct on a given day)=no. of days forecast was correct/ Total number of days for which the record is available  

=180/250

=18/25        

number of days forecast was not correct=  250-180=70

P(the forecast was not correct on a given day)= no. of days forecast was not correct/total no. of days for which forecast is available

=70/250

=7/25
