Answer is : 1.885 * 10^8 m/s

Refractive index of a medium (r)

 = speed of light in air or vacuum (c) / speed of light in that medium (v)

           i.e. r = c/v

                r*v = c

As speed of light in vacuum is always c,

therefore r1 * v1 = r2 * v2

              2.42 * 1.2 * 10^8 = 1.54 * v2

             => v2 = 1.885 * 10^8 m/s
