The relation of partner wit the firm is that of

  • purposes of the business of the firm.
  • It also states that, if the partner comes because of his own interest, if he involved himself, then he will be considered as a principal or owner.
  • It means a partner of the company holds a part of ownership in that company.
  • The percentage ownership and the share of that partner can be calculated according to the investment of the partner in that business.
