Relative Density = Density of object/density of water
2.3 = Density of object/1000kg/m^3
So density of object
= 2300kg/m^3
2.3 = Density of object/1000kg/m^3
So density of object
= 2300kg/m^3

We know that Density of water = 1000 kg/m^3 (or) 1 g/cm^3.
Given Relative density of an object = 2.3.
We know that relative density = Density/Density of water.
=> 2.3 = Density/1000
= > 2.3 * 1000 = Density
= > Density = 2300 kg/m^3.
Hope this helps!
