The resistance of a manganin wire of 10mm long is 50 ohms .If it's cross sectional area is 0.1 mmsquare . Calculate it's specific resistance in ohm metre
if the wire is stretched to four times it's original length by how many times would you expect it's resistance to be increased

Explanation:

R = ro * l / A

50 = ro * 10 -3 / 10 -7

50 * 10 -4 ohm.m
