the resistance of wire is 10 ohm

Let say Earlier Length = L

& Area = A

=> Volume = AL

R = ρ L/A

=> ρ L/A = 10

length is increased by 10% by stretching

=> new Length = L + (10/100)L = 1.1 L

Volume Remains Same

=> New A rea = AL/ 1.1 L = A/1.1

New Resistance = ρ  1.1 L /(A /1,.1)

= 1.21 ρL/A

= 1.21 * 10

= 12.1 Ω
