C. 100 micrometers.

Of course we can resolve smaller than 1 cm. We can see a half cm on a ruler.

1 nanometer is 1/1000th of a micrometer. A cell in the human body is about 10 micrometers. We sure as hell can't see that with our eyes.

As for the last one, 0.25 nanometers is 1/4th of a nanometer. Waaay to small to see.
