The result obtained by subtracting a fraction from another fraction is necessarily a fraction or not. Justify.

Answer: Yes it is not always a fraction because 4/2 - 6/2 (which means 2 - 3) = -1

However, all numbers are fractions too (example: 2 = 2/1 and 11 = 11/1)

Also, the number can also be in decimals (2/4 = 0.5 and 6/3 = 2) and 2/4 + 6/3 = 0.5 + 2 = 2.5
