There are three vectors given in this question if qe join this then we get the shape of triamgle as a =r then it is called isosceles triangle

As there is written that a is perpendicular to r them one angle is 90after this we come to know that in isosceles triangle two base angle opposite to same side a and c are equal yhen answee is 180 -90 =90 /2 =45 degree between a and b or r and b
