don't worry, if pressure is variable. because rms, average and probable speeds do not depend on pressure. but yes, it depends on temperature.

i.e., rms = √{3RT/M}

means, rms speed is directly proportional to square root of their temperature.

so, rms1/rms2 = √{T1/T2}

given, rms1 = 200m/s , T1 = 27°C = 300K

T2 = 127° = 400 K

so, (200m/s)/rms2 = √(300/400)

⇒(200)/rms2 = 1.73/2

⇒rms2 = 400/1.73 = 231.21 m/s
