CM Salary is fixed by respective State Assembly and the Central Government or the Parliament has nothing to do with it. The Salary of Cheif Ministers tend to be hiked every 10 years. Salary of chief minister of any state of india is decided by the respective state legislatures as per article 164 of the constitution. So it varies from state to state.
1Lakh to 4Lakhs depending on the state. Anyways when the power is their hands, they can increase their salaries as much as they want.
