It is all about our way of thinking to a particular situation.

For example, there is a short story ;-

There was a man in a village. One day his friend gave him a cow for few weeks. A villager asked him that how he is feeling now. Then he answered that, I am happy, now I get good quality milk and other products.

After few weeks his friend took the cow back with him..... The same villager asked him again how he was feeling now. The man answered that I am happy that now I don't have to clean the cow. Now I am free.

Both the situation he was happy because he saw each situation from positive point of view
